S.O.S. SYSTEM/SOS SYSTEM, an entity claiming to be under Unlimited Network of Opportunities Int’l. Corp.  (UNO), has  been  inviting  the public to invest Php 8,998.00 (1 Account) for Starting Package to receive the following: UNO products worth Php 9,500.00; Php120,000.00  Family  Accident  Insurance;  Business  Kit;  Online  Website  24/7; Marketing   Materials;   S.O.S   System   (Scorpions   Online   Support   System);   3%   Royalty; Inheritance  Income;  Lifetime  Discount  (30% -50%  off);  Free  Online  Training;  Free  Travel Incentives; Online Store and a maximum potential income Php450,000.00 per month.

BF FOOTBALL boldly claims that it is the “world’s largest sports investment company since 2017!”. It is enticing the public to invest a minimum of Php500 to earn 2-3% interest rate daily profit one-time investment or 60%-90% profit in 30 days.

LMB FOOTBALL is enticing the public to invest a minimum of Php300 to earn 3-8% interest rate daily profit one-time investment or 90%-240% profit in 30 days.

Based on information received and gathered by the Commission, BEASTNESSALLDAY CORPORATION is offering and enticing the public, especially Overseas Filipino Workers in Qatar, to invest a minimum amount of 3500QR/ Php50,000.00/ 1200 Dollars, complete with contract agreement for 5 months, in exchange for a promised10% to 12% return of investment per month which will be given on the last month of the effectivity of the agreement.

GROUND ZERO POULTRY is enticing the public or individuals who will serve as “Lending/Venture Capitalists” to support the pursuits of its growing business. An investor may opt to invest a minimum amount of Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php20,000.00) with a guaranteed money back of 8% monthly or a total of 48% returns semi-annually.

GLOBAL BOOKING HUB/GLOBAL BOOKING HUB.COM/GBH/GBH-12 CONSUMER GOODS TRADING are a group of persons claiming to engaged in delivery service, forex and appears to be promoting the “TORA TOKEN” with ticker symbol “TRA.” GLOBAL BOOKING HUB (GBH) appears to be a DTI-registered entity operating under the name   GBH-12 CONSUMER GOODS TRADING with CERTIFICATE NO. 3356904 (issued on 10 December 2021) operated by a certain MASAHIKO FERRER TANAKA.

Among its activities is to entice its prospective clients to invest an amount ranging from P1,000 to 10,000 in its “Booking Loads” Plan as part of its “GET TO EARN LOAD WALLET AND GET CASH VIA FOREX” where it promises investors passive income of 6% daily or 360% for 60 days or actual profits of P3,600 up to P36,000.

As posted on its website, https://philippine88.com/#/home,  one  can  invest  in SKY INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LTD./Philippine88.com by registering first and choosing from  any  of  the  nine  (9) VIP  PLANS with corresponding   20   daily   grabbing   orders, VIP1,   worth   Php200.00,      VIP2,   worth Php300.00,   VIP3,   worth   Php500.00,   VIP4,   worth   Php1,000.00,   VIP5,   worth Php3,000.00,  VIP6  worth  Php5,000.00,  VIP7  worth  Php10,000.00,  VIP8  worth Php20,000.00 and VIP9  worth  Php50,000.00,accordingly.  The investor can earn Php20.00 to Php2,400.00 daily depending on what plan they get. An investor can also earn from direct order rebate equivalent to 10% and 5% for indirect order rebate.

In its online advertisement, AVZVENTURES/AVZVENTURES, INC. has been inviting the public to join their company by investing a capital amounting to five hundred ninety-eight pesos (P598.00) which includes two (2) bottles of Buah Merah product, 2 flyers and brochure and 2 application forms with a chance to earn Php800 to Php1,600 daily. Stripped to its core, the scheme of AVZVENTURES/AVZVENTURES, INC. with its focus on recruitment, is undoubtedly a pyramiding scheme masquerading as a Multi-Level Marketing program and its business plan/scheme involves the offer and sale of securities in the nature of investment contract to the public.

GREAT4 INTERNATIONAL MKTNG. CORPORATION DOING BUSINESS UNDER THE NAME AND STYLE OF HOME OF ORGANIC WELLNESS (HOW) lures the public to invest through referral system designed to encourage its members to recruit others in order to earn profits instead of selling on the merits   of   its   products, which has the characteristics of a pyramid scheme. Further, HOW promises   to   its   investors lucrative lifestyle incentives including house and lot, cars, travel incentives and savings that can only be achieved through recruitment of more people to participate in the scheme.

SFCShare claims to be an “interactive alliance advertising service platform” for Philippine online e-commerce, Internet companies and online self-media people and other cooperative groups. Through its SFC Employee Rewards and Benefit Program, one may invest money in the minimum amount of Php200.00 for the entry Employee Level of “Intern” to as high as Php12,000.00 for “Employee VIP  3.” The investor may then earn a daily income of Php150.00 for the Intern Employee Level to as high as Php540.00 for the Employee VIP 3.

ALGOSCALP/ALGOSCALP AUTO TRADING/ALGOSCALP TRADING is enticing the public to invest in the said entity with a minimum amount of two hundred pesos (Php200.00) with a promise of a One to Thirteen Percent (1-13%) daily profit range for 22 days. An investor can also earn thru direct referral of “active trade.”  In every “active trade”, an investor earns a twelve percent (12%) commission. The claims of ALGOSCALP /ALGOSCALP AUTO TRADING/ALGOSCALP TRADING appears to be “to good to be true” with indications of a possible Ponzi Scheme where returns to early investors are likely to be paid out from the investments of new investors and not out of the company’s profits.

METAPROFIT, headed by ARTHUR DVALI, is offering investments to the public with a minimum amount of 0.05 Binance Coin or BNB, promising earnings of 1% daily in total of 30% for 30 day-subscription depending on your subscribed amount plus 100% capital after maturity within 30 days and bonuses from the associate program.

Considering that the above described schemes involve the sale of securities to the public, the Securities Regulation Code (SRC) requires that these securities are duly registered   and   that   the   concerned   corporation   and/or   its   agents   have appropriate registration (SECONDARY LICENSE) and/or license to sell such securities to the public pursuant to Section 8 and 28 of the SRC.
